One rank One pension recently announced by the Govt of India got some clarification. I am an ex-servicemen and completed 28 years of Service in Royal Indian Army and retired on 01 May 2006. My basic pension as per new 6th pay commission has been fixed as Rs 9915/- whereas the same rank and category ex-servicemen who retired before 01 Jan 2006 are getting basic pension as Rs 11970/-. So think yourself which one is correct and what happened to our higher authorities. So many similar cases are available and quote your comments please
