Probably that is the difference.... The Crowd in Chndni Chowk may not be for a job fair....but the untamed and uneducated population of India.
I too received these pics through email sometime back, from my friend who works in Shanghai....It is definitely a serious thing for Outsourcing business. Manpower is one of the most crucial asset for any country...no doubt with this kind of job fair gathering, China is not to be ignored.
