I am in confusion whether the 5th pay commission will give effect from the month of April-2009 as election to the house of people possibly will be held around last of April and early part of May-2009 Model code of conduct will be in force from March-2009. Reply to this effect is expected from any reliable source.

6th pay commission report of west bengal government has been declared but the problem with the general people is the rigidity of the working procedure by WB Administration and as well as staffs of GoWB are concerned, they have mastered in making public harrassed thanks to the Co-ordination patronage. Overall its a pity to the people of West bengal.
