UK House Prices fall to lowest of year: Is this the time to Buy UK Property?

It's merry time in UK, not for the house owners or UK property sellers, but for the UK house buyer. In the recetly concluded reports and surverys, the UK house prices have fallen to the lowest of the year. Asking prices for homes in England and Wales fell 1 percent on the month in September, leaving them 3.3 percent lower than a year ago, a survey showed on Monday.
UK House Prices fall
The Rightmove monthly survey, results showed the average asking price for a property dipped to 227,438 pounds ($415,000) this month, down from 229,816 pounds in August. What is more important to notice is that this is the fourth successive fall in the UK Property market. One thing to note about the Rightmove survey is that it does not take into account any seasonal factors.

What is more worrysome for properyt sellers in UK is that the financial outlook is still bleak, with no concrete hope in sight regarding when the financial turmoil will get over. The subprime mortgage market collapse, followed by the financial secotr debacle where many banks were sold off and the increasing unemployment figure is all a cause of concern for the individuals.
The survey was conducted between Aug. 10 and Sept. 13, using 115,657 asking prices.

So, the million dollar question is: Is it the right time to invest in UK property or Is it the time to buy House in UK?
Nobody knows the answer. But the experts say that that if you have your own savings (not for mortgage or loan), then it is the best time to buy UK property. The property or house prices are at the lowest of the year, so one can do cherry picking at lower rates.
