TCS recruits huge mass of average skilled people.i think for TCS it is a late decision.TCS is still entertaining a huge amount of associates who are on bench for a period more then 6 months.and laying off people with average ranking or people who are billable in some projects.so i want to give a suggesion that it should take a impartial decision while laying off employees.
