One of the financial companies of the world, Barclays learnt to go for a round of layoffs or job cuts. Since the entire global markets and businesses are suffering from the downturn, this financial company also seeems to be affected. However, what might turn out to be irritating for the laid off employees is the fact that this move by Barclays is for outsourcing the jobs to a low cost center like India (or others), where Barclays offshore center is in Pune, India.
